Express operation requirements and related regulations on surcharges

One: The basic requirements of the four major express:

  ①Commercial invoice requirements:

Need to be detailed (recipient information, quantity of goods, product name must have material and purpose), now it is necessary to provide "detailed information of the shipping production plant" as required by many customs.

The declared value of the goods in the commercial invoice is only allowed in USD, EUR or the destination currency, and the origin "MADE IN CHINA" is required on the invoice.

Textiles must provide ingredients: (such as 100% POLYESTER), and it is best to bring export certificates for American goods.

Requirements for goods sent to the United States: It is best to have "MADE IN CHINA" on the goods and INV to facilitate customs clearance at the destination.

To declare truthfully, low-declaration, imitation brand goods, contraband goods, and goods with inaccurate invoice information will be automatically returned by the carrier agent and blacklisted. Therefore, the consequences and expenses (including fines) incurred will be borne by the shipper.

The following countries require original commercial invoices: Bulgaria, Lebanon, Mauritius, Qatar, Brunei, Chile, El Salvador, Poland (with origin information), Belarus, Argentina, (with origin information) Indonesia, Brazil (with origin information) Tax number), Ecuador, Portugal, Angola (tax number required), Turkey, Gabon, Curaçao, Peru, Guatemala, Kuwait, India, Tanzania (tax number required), Poland

Claim applications must be filed within 30 days from the date of delivery to the agent, otherwise the agent will not make claims.

  ②Length and weight limit

DHL: The single side length of a single piece of goods shall not exceed 118CM, and the weight of a single piece shall not exceed 69KG (inclusive). Exceeding an additional surcharge of RMB 790/ticket* fuel

Eastern European countries generally have restrictions on the weight and size of goods. Generally, a single piece cannot exceed 30KG or 50KG, and a single ticket cannot exceed 250KG. Angola: each ticket cannot exceed 300KG; Nigeria: single ticket and single piece cannot exceed 70KG and Textiles are not accepted; Tunisia: single ticket cannot exceed 40KG, single piece cannot exceed 30KG; Iran: documents and packages are not serviced; Israeli destination code is "GZA" no package service; Russian countries (except for EMS service), others There is no service in all channels; no parcel service to KANDAHAR and LAGHMAN FED in Afghanistan; no service in any channel in Turkmenistan; DHL in Micronesia does not exceed 30KG; size limit in Brazil: 98cm x 98cm x 98cm, single piece The billable weight cannot exceed 70KG, and the single ticket cannot exceed 1000KG. If the shipment exceeds the relevant limit, it will be automatically returned! Shipments sent to Egypt: 1. Weight limit: single ticket weight 300KG, single piece weight 50KG; 2. Size limit: 120cm (length) x 100cm (width) x 160cm (height). If the shipment exceeds the above restrictions, please consult in advance whether it can be exported, otherwise, if the shipment does not meet the export requirements, the loss and expenses will be borne by the sender.

UPS: One side shall not exceed 120cm, and the weight of a single piece shall not exceed 31kg (inclusive), and an additional 40 yuan/carton will be charged. Extra large package is 388 yuan/carton.

FedEx: A single piece does not exceed 65kg, a single side does not exceed 269cm, and the peripheral length (1 length + 2 width + 2 height) ≤ 329

TNT: A single piece of economical TNT does not exceed 70kg, the size does not exceed 1.8*1.2*1.5 (m), and one ticket does not exceed 99 pieces; a single piece of global TNT does not exceed 30kg, and the size does not exceed 1.0*0.6*0.7 (m), One ticket does not exceed 99 pieces.

Continental DHL: For a single piece with a length of more than 120cm on either side or a single piece of more than 70KG in actual weight, the surcharge is 350/ticket* fuel for the month

  ③Do not pick up packaged goods that cannot be inspected, such as wooden boxes and iron boxes!

    ①Remote surcharge: The charging standard is RMB 4/KG* fuel, Hong Kong DHL minimum charge is RMB200/ticket* fuel; notice is valid at any time! All remote, change address, residential surcharges, etc. within three months (90 days) Effective, uniformly charged to the sender

   Mainland DHL: RMB: 3.8/KG* fuel, minimum RMB: 180/ticket* fuel, remote charges are valid within 6 months of notification. Among them, Venezuela is remote throughout the country and will be charged uniformly before shipment. For other countries, please check remoteness before shipping. , Our company will not notify the remote area separately, and will directly make up the payment based on the DHL bill.

   ④In 2016, DHL added high-risk surcharges and restricted destination surcharges:

1. The countries of Afghanistan, Burundi, Iraq, Mali, Niger, Syria, South Sudan, Yemen, and Libya have increased the surcharge of RMB 175/ticket * fuel for high-risk areas;

2. Central African Republic, Côte d’Ivoire, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Eritrea, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Liberia, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Yemen countries will increase the surcharge of restricted areas by RMB 265 per ticket (only for parcels)

3. Iraq, Libya, Syria, and Yemen will increase additional fees for high-risk areas and restricted areas: RMB160/ticket*fuel for documents, RMB160/ticket*fuel+250/ticket for parcels.

    ①Remote surcharge: calculated based on RMB4.5/KG* fuel, the minimum charge is RMB 226/ticket* fuel; notice is valid at any time!

    ②Destination tariff: handling fee RMB150/ticket*fuel + tariff

    ③Fee for changing address: Calculated at RMB94/piece, with a maximum charge of RMB273/ticket

    ④Rejection and return handling fee: Calculated by RMB78/ticket* fuel (if the customer refuses to accept or other reasons cannot be delivered and returned, the return fee and handling fee shall be paid;)

    ⑤Weekend delivery fee: calculated at RMB 100.0 per ticket, UPS will charge this fee regardless of whether it is done or not.

    ⑥The declaration shall not exceed US$120, and an extra value fee of 25 yuan will be charged for the excess

    ⑦Residential area delivery: The local recipient address is a residential area (referring to the United States, Puerto Rico, Canada), and a minimum RMB23* fuel/ticket delivery fee will be charged. This fee will not provide a bill.

If the longest side of the goods out of our ups channel exceeds 120cm (including 120cm), an extra long surcharge will be charged. Please be aware of this

    ①Remote surcharge: according to RMB4.0/KG* fuel, the minimum charge is RMB202/ticket* fuel; notice is valid at any time!

    ②Destination tariff: handling fee RMB150* fuel/ticket + tariff

    ③Address change fee: the minimum charge is 75* fuel/piece, and the maximum charge is 273/ticket (for the change of the delivery address in the same city, the FEDEX bill shall prevail for transfer to other cities!)

      The recipient has the right to change the delivery address, and the change fee shall be paid by the sender

    ④Customs prepaid handling fee: 100 yuan/ticket (local destination tariffs, customs clearance fees and any other miscellaneous fees, please ask the consignee to directly consult the local FEDEX!)

    ⑤ Residential area surcharge: minimum 25 yuan* fuel/ticket; delivery fee is required if the recipient address is a residential area.

    ⑥ Export surcharges for individual countries: Dominican Republic and Kazakhstan exports require an additional customs declaration fee of 23 yuan per ticket! (The specific amount is subject to the FEDEX bill!)

      Dominican Republic (DO), Brazil (BR) shipments must provide the recipient's tax number!

    ⑦ Destination tariff operation mode: FEDEX will send the goods first and then collect taxes when the tariffs are generated during customs clearance during the shipment.

      When the recipient refuses to pay, it will be paid by the sender, and the collection is valid within three months, and the specific FEDEX bill shall prevail; after the goods arrive at the local place, the customs will also need to be paid when the goods are destroyed/returned!

    ⑧ Other expenses: If the recipient requests to return the shipment to Hong Kong at the destination (whether it is notified by oral, fax or mail),

      The destination service provider will not notify and confirm the sender separately, but will directly arrange the return to Hong Kong. If the recipient fails to pay the refund related fees, it will be paid directly by the sender (the FEDEX bill shall prevail!)

    In addition to the agency price, the declaration of other special channels shall not exceed US$100, and an extra value fee of 25 yuan will be charged.

  4: TNT

    ①The fuel surcharge is subject to the monthly announcement on the official TNT website!

    ②Remote surcharge: calculated by RMB2.5/KG* fuel, the minimum charge is RMB55/ticket* fuel; notice is valid at any time!

   ③Parcels under 2KG in Italy, Australia and Japan will be calculated and charged as 2KG

  5: Change packaging fee: 40 yuan/piece (items that do not meet the packaging requirements of metal or wood non-packaging materials and cylindrical items that cannot be completely packed into ordinary cartons,

     For example: wooden barrels, drums, cylinders, tires and some damaged original packaging

Remote fee: if the address is remote, you can check with DHL according to the zip code

Correction of address surcharge: give wrong or incomplete recipient address data (such as recipient's postal area, city, country, address content, etc.) when receiving,

               The recipient has moved away from the address stated on the shipping label or the waybill (if the recipient has moved, or the hotel guest has checked out at the time of dispatch)

               This fee will only be charged if the recipient has left the company indicated on the shipping label or the waybill, and the company refuses to sign for it.

               The recipient has the right to change the delivery address, and the additional fees incurred shall be borne by the sender.

Customs duties; local destination duties, surcharges, more complicated customs clearance fees, etc., may be generated locally. If you change to prepaid or choose prepaid duty, the sender will be charged.

Rejection of return: If the customer refuses to receive it or returns it because it cannot be delivered for other reasons, the return fee and handling fee must be paid by the sender.

Three: When the customer finds that the goods are damaged when receiving the goods, please send the damaged information such as pictures to our customer service staff as soon as possible or the recipient feedback to the foreign DHL for follow-up when receiving the goods!

Four: Special channels must be noted, otherwise they will be dealt with at the agency price!
